Focus Marketing & PR Participates in Metro State University’s 3rd Annual Digital Marketing Panel; Shares Insight and Perspective to Help Guide Curriculum

Earlier this month, Focus Marketing & PR’s Owner and Founder, Niki Lopez joined fellow marketing executives for Metro State University’s (MSU) 3rd Annual Digital Marketing Panel. During the virtual panel discussion, Lopez and other panelists (line-up include below) fielded questions from nearly 100 MSU students, who will soon graduate and enter into the ever-growing field of digital communications.

Questions from student-attendees touched upon the current state of the marketing and communications job market; continuing education opportunities available within the fast-paced, dynamic field; and insight into suggested skills and experience necessary to obtain prior to graduation. MSU attendees also inquired among panelists how former career experiences shaped current professional endeavors.

The rich discussion and dynamic conversation between panelists provide a valuable backdrop from which MSU professors will draw timely and informative details about the field of digital communications. Insight shared by panelists will be incorporated into MSU’s marketing and communication curriculum as an ongoing commitment to provide the best education available for students.
