Take Your Child to Work Day is Thursday, April 27. It’s a national day giving children in the United States a glimpse into the working world. Originally, the day was devoted to showing daughters what work outside of the home looked like; it was later expanded to include both boys and girls to allow them to explore career options.

The day is one that’s near and dear to Niki’s heart. With three kids – one girl and two boys, Niki assigns no limits to what they may become once grown: a world-renown artist, professional baseball player, or high-achieving engineer. The sky is their limit.
